I noticed my 16710 was struggling a bit (stiff winding, low power reserve, stopping unexpectedly) so off to the Rolex spa it went. The wait (and final bill) were excruciating, but worth it. New crystal, hands, crown, polish, and a full service of the movement. Came back looking and operating like new, as one would expect, and with a 2-year Rolex warranty. I'm thrilled to have it back and look forward to enjoying it for years to come!
